The apartment is located in a magnificent historic building of the ‘600 recently renovated, with no elevator but with wide and comfortable stairs and furnished with taste, equipped with the best comforts. It is located in a beautiful spot in the pedestrian area of Finalmarina in the historical centre, walking distance from the main square, shops and beaches.

The house is on two levels: the living area consists of a large, very bright living room with terrace with table, ideal for dinners under the stars or breakfasts in the sun. The eat-in kitchen, with a large table for 4-6 people, is fully equipped with a dishwasher. On the same level there is the first bedroom with double bed and single bed (three beds) and a separate bathroom with shower and washing machine.

Upstairs there is the second bedroom, very bright with double exposure and with sea-view, a double bed, a sofa bed, and bathroom with shower and bath.
